Raised in a prairie small town on Treaty 1 Territory, Amy now has found community as an artist in Stó:lō Territory and has been creating and sharing lyrical wordscapes in the Fraser Valley for almost a decade.
Her voice and lyrics comfort and capture attention a singer/songwriter and spoken word poet.
Her work waxes and wanes among the genres of folk, blues, and jazz, while putting storytelling at the forefront. Her spoken word poetry is celebratory, justice-seeking, reflective and explores themes of naturalism, satire, grief, and gratitude.
